In June, my wife and I decided to upgrade/fix our existing deck. We had numerous contractors and deck companies come out and provide us with quotes; however none really made us feel comfortable. I was then referred to Seapat Construction from a friend who was aware that I had been seeking someone to do our deck.

We were so impressed with their craftsmanship that we commissioned them to build us a garage after they finished our deck. That has since completed and it was evident by the seamless permit process that Seapat construction was aware of local codes and limitations. The project was done on time and the sub-trades provided the same level of service/price as Seapat Construction. It was clear that established relationships had been forged between Seapat Construction and the various sub-trades like Modern Drainage.
I would recommend Seapat Construction to any of my friends and commission them again for any large projects that we might undertake in the future.
